Art Downtown was established in April 2006 as an art gallery and production company. We represent a group of nationally and internationally known
comtemporary artists and writers. Their work is showcased in Gallery 209, a
renovated warehouse space located on the waterfront in Historic Downtown
Brunswick, Georgia.
Art Downtown is also the home of the Mary Miller Theatre, a 40 seat black
box theatre at Gallery 209. Six Saturday evening performances of Georgia
playwright Mary Miller's award winnng comedies are held quarterly
accompanied by coffee and desserts catered by Daddy Cate's Coffees. We also schedule
by request special performances for large groups on and off our premises.

Browns Antiques, located in Historic Downtown Brunswick, has a large assortment of classic antiques, including oriental rugs, sofas, armoires, mid-century modern furniture, and lovely porcelains.
